Welcome to Repair and Reclaim. I’m Khadija, and I’ve created this safe space for anyone who has ever felt alone, misunderstood, or not good enough. It’s for those who are struggling with their mental health, who have lost themselves trying to build a sense of home in others, or who have abandoned their true selves in search of love, validation, or acceptance.
I’m here to tell you that you deserve to live a life free from suffering from childhood wounds and trauma, people-pleasing, chasing people who aren’t good for you, or numbing yourself with coping mechanisms that only offer temporary relief and happiness.

I’m a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach and NARM Practitioner with training in somatics, nervous system regulation, and inner child healing. My mission is to help people heal from trauma, release self-limiting beliefs that hold them back, and become the best version of themselves—their most authentic self!
As a trauma survivor, I know what it’s like to spend years suffering, feeling like I would never see the light at the end of the tunnel. Battling anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and feelings of low self-worth was my norm. Hitting rock bottom was the wake-up call I needed to finally embark on my own self-love and healing journey.
