I will provide a safe space for you to be yourself, free from judgement or criticism of any kind. All I ask is you bring your whole self - all parts of you. You do not need to be anyone else when we are together.
The body based healing modalities I use will depend on your specific needs. We will work in a gentle, titrated way without overwhelming or re-traumatizing you. That is the key to healing.

The REPAIR and RECLAIM Framework
1.) RECOGNIZE
We will take time to understand in a gentle, titrated way how your early childhood experiences, unhealed trauma, and chronic stress has impacted your nervous system and how it is showing up in your present life. We will also explore how it is the reason why you are not living the life you desire and deserve, without you re-living the past, getting overwhelmed, or re-traumatized.
2.) REGULATE
You will understand the important role your nervous system plays in protecting you by mapping your unique system. You will learn tangible tools and resources to somatically regulate and reshape your nervous system so you can come out of survival, become more emotionally regulated, find healthier ways to manage triggers, and slowly create space for more healthy connections, safety, presence, and joy.
3.) REPAIR
You will dive deep into your attachment style and how to work towards secure attachment, learn tangible tools to heal your inner child, create, set, and maintain strong boundaries, cultivate more self-acceptance, compassion, and self love for all parts of you, and learn how to process stuck emotions, so you can finally feel seen, heard, and validated. You will also work on gently repairing your relationship with yourself and letting go of shame, so you can feel more confident, secure, and worthy.
4.) RE-WIRE
You will understand what limiting beliefs are holding you back, the importance your nervous system state and protective behaviors (fight,flight,freeze, fawn) are playing in relation to these thoughts, and how to re-wire your brain, so you can create new stories that support you to move forward and get unstuck - instead of allowing self-limiting beliefs and fears to drive your decision making.
5.) RECLAIM
Together, we will work on allowing your system to expand so it can make space for the life that you want, without thinking it needs to constantly protect you by keeping you in familiar situations that don’t align with what you desire. In doing so, you will learn how to integrate the learnings and tools into your life so you can safely align with your most authentic self and reclaim your life.

Polyvagal Theory
A modality used to understand how the nervous system has been shaped by traumatic events, how it comes to our aid in the form of states to protect us from any thing that it labels as unsafe, and how we can create more safety and balance within the body and slowly come out of survival via nervous system regulation.
Somatics
‘‘SOMA’’ means the body in Greek. Somatics is used to understand how energy/emotions get trapped within the body and how we can use specific tools to release trapped emotions, slowly come into safety and connection, and become one with our body. The body communicates, we just need to know how to listen to it.
NARM
NueroAffective Relational Model is used for clients with complex trauma/PTSD. It addresses attachment, relational, and developmental trauma. The goal is to bring awareness to the unconscious patterns and behaviors and work with them to create more connection, attunement, trust, and autonomy.

How Trauma Works
When someone experiences an overwhelm of emotions or energy due to an event, and that energy is not released, it becomes stuck in the body as unhealed trauma. Each time you experience a traumatic event, your brain and body store it as useful data to protect you from future pain. Over time, after multiple traumatic events, you end up with a dysregulated nervous system that is constantly scanning for threats and keeps you in familiar situations because it knows how to protect you there. That is why many of us find ourselves in the same abusive relationships, are afraid of being seen, and have limiting beliefs that keep us stuck.
Your system will not allow you pursue what you truly desire, because it is unfamiliar and, therefore, deemed ‘‘unsafe’’. Until you show- NOT just tell - your system these things are safe, you will not be able to go after the life you deserve and desire.

Therapists are licensed mental health professionals who can diagnose and treat mental health conditions. They may also focus on past traumatic events depending on your needs.
As a Trauma-Trained Coach, I am not a licensed professional who can diagnose or treat mental health conditions, nor can I prescribe medication.
I use modalities such as somatics, NARM, polyvagal theory, nervous system regulation, and many others to help you recover from trauma. My focus is mainly on how your past experiences have shaped your nervous system today. Rather than just talking about the past, as therapy typically does, I focus on the present. We may explore the past when needed, in a tolerable, somatic way.
These are the modalities that have helped me recover from years of trauma, complex PTSD, depression, narcissistic abuse, and chronic illness.

It’s completely normal and okay to feel hesitant, unsure, or even resistant when it comes to seeking help. I’m a complete stranger, and your body may feel “unsafe” or “not ready” for you to take the next step. That is your body’s beautiful way of protecting you.
Healing is not linear, and it’s different for everyone. Some may be ready and excited, while others may be hesitant and a bit concerned about whether this will work. I understand, and what you are feeling makes perfect sense.
But what I would like to invite you to do is lean into the part of you that wants to seek support, that wants to heal, and that wants to become a better version of yourself. Why does that part want this? What brought you to my site? What do you really want for yourself? Take time to explore what’s coming up for you without judgment or shame.
I have trained in different modalities to provide the necessary support, as what works for someone else might not work for you. That is why I tailor my sessions to your specific needs.
Also, healing isn’t a quick fix; it is a lifelong journey. Recovering from years of trauma and nervous system dysregulation takes time, at a pace that works best for your body—not by overwhelming it, forcing it, or putting more pressure on it than it is ready for.
That is why I offer 3-month and 6-month programs, because we need to give our bodies time to process, heal, and re-learn what supports you and what does not.
If you show up to our sessions regularly, do the work outside of our sessions, and commit to yourself, you will see results.

My coaching program is a 3- or 6-month commitment, so I can ensure that enough time is given to evaluate progress. I also want to make sure that I am working with someone who is fully committed to investing in their own healing, not someone who is looking for a quick fix. There are only a limited number of spots available every 3 months, and I offer free consultations to ensure we are the right fit.
As long as you show up, practice the somatic tools and resources given between sessions, set aside time to do the work, and make it a priority, you will see changes take place during our time together and even after the program is over.
