About Me
Hi, my name is Khadija!
I’m a trauma survivor and a Trauma Recovery Coach who is passionate about all things healing. My mission is to help others recover from trauma, align with their authentic selves, and live healthier, happier lives.
It brings me so much joy to help others come back home to themselves and find true inner peace because I know what it feels like to be disconnected. Before becoming the person I am today—more present, joyful, peaceful, and embodied—I struggled daily with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), depression, anxiety, and low self-worth. Despite trying to remain positive and grateful, life was hard, and most of my years were spent just getting through another day. Instead of truly living and feeling alive, I was merely existing.
I was constantly abandoning myself, playing small, feeling not good enough, self - sabotaging, seeking validation, and being STUCK in endless, repeated cycles of despair and pain - pretending to be ‘‘happy’’ when I was crying for help inside. I even turned to reading self-help books, talk therapy, online videos, and trying to figure it out all on my own. But none of it truly helped, and I continued to suffer.
All I wanted was to experience true, inner peace and live life without my fears driving me.
It wasn’t until I discovered Somatic Therapy and Nervous System Regulation that I found real healing. That is when I learned to uncover and release the unhealed trauma that was trapped in my body since childhood and reshape my dysregulated nervous system which had kept me stuck in survival mode for years.. You see, you can only go as far as your nervous system (body) allows you. If it doesn’t have the capacity to hold and allow happiness, healthy relationships, or what your soul truly desires, you’ll remain stuck, as these things aren’t yet considered "SAFE" within your system. That’s exactly what was happening to me—and to many people around the world—we just don’t realize it. Since then, my healing journey began, and so did my passion to help others experience true freedom and inner peace using the same modalities and tools that helped me release years of trapped trauma and finally come back home to my body.
Now, I live a life where I am in control
I am able to embrace and accept my true, authentic self.
I am more present and able to enjoy life’s beautiful moments without constantly worrying, dissociating, numbing, or feeling guilty.
I am more emotionally regulated and know how to support myself during stressful or challenging times.
I stopped chasing and allowed myself to receive what I truly deserve.
I am no longer suffering from depression or extreme anxiety.
I have learned how to forgive myself and let go of the shame that kept me from loving myself unconditionally.
I started building a home within myself and honoring my truth
And, I want to help you do the same.

I will personally guide you through a life-changing experience using my proven Repair and Reclaim Framework, which has helped my clients come out of survival mode, repair their relationship with themselves, and reclaim their lives!
